How long will delivery take?

All our products are made to order, which means we need a little time to create them just for you. Production usually takes 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location — typically 2–10 business days within Europe.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany.

Can I return my order?

Since all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns unless the item is damaged.

Did you receive a damaged order? Contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Can I customize a product?

At the moment, all our designs are created in-house and are not customizable. However, we're always working on new ideas — so stay tuned or reach out with suggestions!
